Greetings, friends! It is wonderful to see this forum coming up in both importance and influence. May that Lord continually bless our discussions and studies in the wonderful word of God. One topic that I have seen some variety within our conviction is the motivation of the believer. Most other theological systems use the threat of losing salvation as the core motivation - what do you think are the core motivations in the Christian life?

What helps me at least is just doing it form a place of gratitude for the fact that through Christ I have eternal life 🥺 God is good he deserves our goodness even though it will never be good enough yeah gratitude and also growing spiritually is for our good :)
