(For Paid Subscribers Unable to Log In or Open Pages)

🔍 Step 1: Confirm Subscription

Before adjusting settings, make sure your subscription is active.

Check your email receipt from Wix or Grace Answers.

If your plan expired, renew from the “My Account → Subscriptions” page.

If your plan is active but you can’t open subscriber pages, follow the browser fixes below.

📱 Step 2: Safari Settings Fix

Wix Studio relies on cookies and pop-ups to verify subscriber access. If these are blocked, you won’t be able to log in or open protected content.

1. Open Settings → Safari

2. Scroll and turn OFF the following options:

Block Pop-ups → OFF

Block All Cookies → OFF

Prevent Cross-Site Tracking → OFF

3. Tap Advanced → Website Data → search “graceanswers.info” → Delete

4. Close Settings → reopen Safari → revisit GraceAnswers.info

5. Log in again → your pages should now open normally.

🌐 Step 3: Chrome Browser Fix (iPhone/iPad)

If you use Chrome on your iPhone or iPad:

1. Open Chrome → Menu (⋮) → Settings

2. Tap Privacy → Clear Browsing Data → select Cookies + Cached Files → Clear

3. Go back → Site Settings → Pop-ups and Redirects → set to Allowed

4. Under Cookies, make sure Cookies are allowed

5. Restart Chrome → revisit GraceAnswers.info → log in again

If pages still won’t open:

1. Go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data

2. Tap Remove All Website Data

3. Restart your device.

4. Log in again at GraceAnswers.info

🌤 Step 5: Check Connection & Mode

Private Relay / VPN: Turn OFF temporarily under Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Private Relay → OFF.

Airplane Mode: Make sure it’s OFF.

Orientation: Rotate to Portrait Mode (Grace Answers is mobile-optimized).

Wi-Fi vs. Cellular: If one fails, switch to the other and reload the page.

🔒 Step 1: Check iCloud Privacy Settings

If the Android version works but the Apple device does not, the issue is with Safari’s privacy system, not Grace Answers or Wix.

1. Go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud

2. Turn Private Relay → OFF

3. Turn Keychain → OFF temporarily

4. Restart your device

5. Reopen Safari → visit GraceAnswers.info → Log in

You may turn Keychain back ON after confirming the site loads.

Even after clearing cache, Safari can store hidden cookie data in its WebKit engine.
